Refund Policy:
The registration fee of $50 is non-refundable. Request for a refund of tuition must be made in writing to The Hand of God School of Biblical Studies within 3 days of payment or receipt of acceptance into a program letter to receive a full tuition refund.
Refunds are given only if course materials are returned in new condition and can be re-used. No refund will be given until tuition payment check has cleared the bank and all course materials are received. Refunds will not be given for lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered course materials.
Refunds to students are made within 10 days of receipt of request for refund and returned course materials.
Time Frame Policies:
Please acknowledge, by signing your initials, that you have read, understand and will comply with the following policies on time frames and completion of your program.
Students should be able to complete their programs within the suggested time frames of the program. Therefore, will be not extensions given. Upon successful completion of each program taken, the student will be offered enrollment into the next advancement program.
Student must:
● Be present at all scheduled classes
● Have internet access (free at your local library)
Application Process:
1) Complete and Sign ALL sections of the application.
2) Enclose your $50 Application Fee
3) You will receive an Acceptance Letter and on-line access code via Internet or by regular mail.
4) Your first tuition must be paid in full to start your program.
Final Grades:
1) A request for Final Grades must be made in writing.
2) Request must obtain the name, address and telephone number of the school or organization to whom your Final Grades will be mailed.
3) Final Grades are mailed in a closed envelope.
4) Cost: $10 for regular mail, $25 for express mail and $5 for each additional copy.
